Animal Sanctuary

Friends,

Last Friday Angela and I went out to the Wildlife Sanctuary to the Northeast of Denver. I would recommend it to anyone. The sanctuary takes in abandoned animals, and specialized in tigers. They have over 70 tigers roaming the 160 acres of land, as well as Bears, Panthers, Lions, and even a camel.

It is the only place I’ve ever seen that the animals behave the same way as they do in the wild. The sanctuary has a viewing platform, and I’d recommend bringing binoculars.

Attached are some photos of the animals.

Honeymoon pictures (At last)

I've been wanting to start the honeymoon scrapbook for quite a while and actually got to last night. This scrapbook will be done with paper instead of digital so I'll have to be scanning in the pages for you. I thought that I'd start by sharing the 17 pictures that will make up the first two pages (overview of our trip).

Enjoy!!!

New layout of "the guys"

Well, since the weather has been so bad here I've been stuck inside and have been getting some scrapping done.

I've been working on the following layout to try to get a little more current with my scrapping and also to answer the Creative Team Call at Weeds and Wildflowers {www.weedsandwildflowersdesign.com}. They were wonderful enough to send me a free sampling of their Going West Kit and I loved how the colors corresponded to the the guys' bike jerseys. This is from our last weekend trip to Moab (See Kodak Site for lots more pictures).

Here is the layout:

I've also had a layout and a card published based on sketches by Di Hickman and Lucy Chesna. Here is a link to Di's blog to check them out.
